[CMC] More on CMC Review of online Strategic Plan, Charters, Published BB/MB/OB/GB s, Approved and Draft Projects

Dear Miro-san and Betz-san,

Thank you for your printable version of the CCSDS Strategic Plan. This 
is very helpful for reviewing the information in the Plan.
