[CMC] Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) work in DTN

The mailing list for the IETF DTN WG is: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/dtn

CCSDS agencies can participate in the IETF work, and should certainly feel free to provide their requirements to the IETF.  I would be happy as SIS Area Director to collect and coordinate such requests and will provide periodic updates to anyone who is interested.
