[CMC Alert] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 131.2-P-1.1, Flexible Advanced Coding and Modulation Scheme for High Rate Telemetry Applications

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

     CCSDS 131.2-P-1.1.  Flexible Advanced Coding and Modulation
                         Scheme for High Rate Telemetry Applications.
                         Pink Sheets.  Issue 1.1.  August 2021.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This Recommended Standard defines a Serially 
Concatenated Convolutional turbo Coding (SCCC) scheme for telemetry 
applications. The current draft update adds support for the Unified 
Space Data Link Protocol

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the CCSDS 
Review Coordinator is 8 October 2021.  More information is available
