Subject: [CMC] Proposed Dates for the CMC's Meeting Following Technical and CESG Meetings

Dear CMC Members,

With the dates for the fall 2020 Technical and CESG Meetings now set as follows:

Technical Meetings - 26 October to 13 November 2020 CESG Meeting - 16-17 November 2020

We can finalize dates for the CMC's meeting. For participants from the United States 1-3 December 2020 would be the preferred option as 26 November 202 is a national holiday in the US with many people taking the entire week off to spend time with their families.

Do any CMC members have a conflict or objection to meeting 1-3 December 2020 at 13:00 UTC? If so, please inform me by Friday, 2 October 2020.

Best regards,

Michael Blackwood
