[CMC Alert] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 727.0-P-4.2, CCSDS File Delivery Protocol (CFDP)

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

     CCSDS 727.0-P-4.2.  CCSDS File Delivery Protocol (CFDP).
                         Pink Sheets.  Issue 4.2.  July 2019.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The CFDP Recommended Standard defines a 
protocol suitable for the transmission of files to and from 
spacecraft data storage and capable of operating in a wide variety of 
mission configurations.  In addition to the purely file delivery 
related functions, the protocol includes file management services to 
allow control over the storage medium.  The current draft 
update  adds support for choice of checksum algorithm from a new SANA 
Checksum Types registry and updates/clarifies some text based on 
interoperability testing.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 9 September 2019.  More information is available at
