[CMC Alert] New CMC Polls

Two new CMC polls have been posted to the CWE:

- CMC-P-2019-01-002 Authorization to publish 
CCSDS 123.0-B-2, Low-Complexity Lossless and 
Near-Lossless Multispectral and Hyperspectral 
Image Compression (Blue Book, Issue 2)
- CMC-P-2019-01-003 Authorization to release 
CCSDS 921.1-P-1.1, Cross Support Transfer 
ServiceSpecification Framework (Pink Book, Issue 1.1) for CCSDS Agency review
