[CMC Alert] New CMC Polls

Two new CMC polls have been posted to the CWE:

- CMC-P-2017-12-001 Authorization to change the 
status of CCSDS 740.0-G-1, Mars Mission Protocol 
ProfilesPurpose and Rationale (Green Book, Issue 1, July 2008) to Historical
- CMC-P-2017-12-002 Authorization to change the 
status of CCSDS 131.4-M-1, TM Channel Coding 
Profiles (Magenta Book, Issue 1, July 2011) to Historical
