The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 766.2-R-1.  Voice and Audio Communications.  Red Book.
                          Issue 1.  October 2016.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard specifies the 
technologies, services, and service interfaces for real-time or near 
real-time voice and audio communications among terrestrial facilities 
and space systems in support of the mission operations of space flight.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2017-1-5.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
