hello,
  During the CMC meeting nov 2014, the following action item was assigned to SANA:
"
AI: SANA was requested to draft a letter to CCSDS member agencies to encourage relinquishing SCIDs and to ask for a forecast of  near term requirements for SCIDs, especially V2. This letter will be reviewed by the SANA Steering Group. 31 January 2015 deadline.

Status of the action item on 2015-03-06:
* the email was sent, january 16th, to 33 Agency representatives. Results are:
 -  10 undelivered mails (inexistant domain, user unknown):
   * Roy Blatch (CSIR)
   * Dr. Klaus Pseiner (ASA)
   * Mr. Gennady Taraskin (Central Research Institute of Machine Building)
   * Mr. Richard C. Jacobsen (CSIRO)
   * Dr. Takashi Iida (CRL)
   * Heping Zhao (CAST)
   * Mr. Kaziev Baglan Nurlanovych (KAZCOSMOS)
   * Mr. Bruce Needham (NOAA)
   * Mr. Khalid Bashir (SUPARCO)
   * Mr. Tom Kalvelage (USGS)
- 1 specific reply: Lennart Jonasson, SSC: 2 scid could be relinquished, but needs further study
- Since then, we received relinquishes from NASA and JAXA, 31 Ids returned (19 v1, 12 v2)

It would be useful if someone could point to new emails/identities for the spacecraft agency representatives undelivered emails.
