[CMC Alert] Draft Minutes from the 9 March CMC Midterm Telecon: Review

Bonjour Nick,

No particular comment on the minutes of the midterm teleconf, except that I am with the impression that we have discussed the result of the poll CMC-P-2015-02-003 to approve the draft minutes from the 18-20 November 2014 meeting in London, UK ... and I am not sure what was decided.
As there were additional comments and I remember I had recommended that all comments are included (the last received comments were not based on the latest version of the minutes), I am not sure which actions were taken to close on this one. Please check your notes and, if appropriate, please reflect the decision or action in the midterm minutes.
If I missed the point in the minutes, please accept my apologies.

In any case, it would be great if the final minutes from the Fall 2014 meeting were distributed before Nagano.

Dear CMC Members:

Attached are the draft minutes from the 9 March 2015 CMC Midterm telecon. This draft also includes the notes from the 24 February 2015 telecon discussion of the vacant AD and DAD positions.

Please review and let me know if you have any changes to the draft by 23 April 2015. A CMC poll will be initiated after 23 April, with any changes received, so that the draft can be approved prior to the Spring 2015 CMC meeting in Nagano.
