Dear Agency Delegates,

The review coordinator for the review identified below has received
RIDs from NASA and CNES and assumes no other agency has RIDs against
the document. However, since several CCSDS agencies routinely contact
the review coordinator at the close of a review even if they have no
RIDs to send, it seems possible in this case that the deadline for
RIDs may have been missed by some agencies. This message is intended
only to remind such agencies that the deadline for comments was December 12.

Best regards,
Tom Gannett
