March 2014. A two-week poll will be initiated the week of 17 March for this 
2nd set of draft minutes.

Dear CMC Members:

Our apologies for the delayed circulation of these draft minutes.

CMC Chair, Mike Kearney, has requested CMC members to review the attached 
draft minutes from past meetings/telecons before they are released for a 
poll. This package contains drafts minutes from the March 2013 midterm 
telecon, the April 2013 Bordeaux meeting, and the September 2013 midterm 
telecon. Please forward to me any corrections/edits/changes by 7 March 2014. 
A two-week poll will be initiated the following week (week of 10 March) for 
this package of draft minutes.

A second package will circulated for your review next week with a deadline 
of 14 March 2014 for any feedback. This package will include draft minutes 
from the December 2013 Montreal meeting and the February 2014 midterm 
telecon. A two-week poll will be initiated the week of 17 March.
