[CMC Alert] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 524.1-R-1, MAL Space Packet Binding

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 524.1-R-1.  Mission Operations Message Abstraction Layer--
                          Space Packet Binding.  Red Book.
                          October 2013.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard defines the 
binding between the Mission Operations (MO) Message Abstraction Layer 
(MAL) specified in CCSDS 521.0-B-2 and the Space Packet Protocol 
specified in CCSDS 133.0-B-1. This binding allows MO Services to use 
the Space Packet Protocol as messaging technology.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2013-12-10.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
