The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 414.1-P-1.1.  Pseudo-Noise (PN) Ranging Systems.
                          Pink Sheets.  June 2013.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Pseudo-Noise (PN) Ranging Systems 
Recommended Standard defines both transparent and regenerative PN 
ranging systems.  This draft update makes minor modifications to the 
original issue.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2013-8-30.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
