Dear CMC Members:

Please find attached the open action items, including those from the recent CMC meeting in Darmstadt, Germany. Note action item CMC-A-2012-04-06 (highlighted in yellow) that is assigned to the CMC members with a deadline of 31 May 2012. I have also attached the original Excel file of the consolidated responses from CMC members that was submitted to the IOAG in early December 2011, in response to the action item from Moscow. CMC members are to respond to the Secretariat (secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org>) by the 31 May deadline to confirm, revise, or indicate no resources after reviewing the attached Excel file.

Resolutions from the Darmstadt meeting are provided below for your reference.

Resolutions

CMC-R-2012-04-Resolution 1:
The CMC approved the minutes from the 2 February 2012 teleconference. All ten agencies present at the meeting approved the minutes: ASI, CNES, CNSA, DLR, ESA, FSA, INPE, JAXA, NASA, UKSA.

CMC-R-2012-04-Resolution 2:
The CMC thanks Mr. Nestor Peccia (ESA/ESOC), Mr. Juan Miro (ESA/ESOC), and Mrs. Angelika Slade (ESA/ESOC) for their hospitality and support in hosting the CMC meetings in Darmstadt, Germany and instructs the Secretariat to draft a letter of thanks to everyone involved.
