[CMC Alert] CCSDS Review of CCSDS 521.1-R-3, Mission Operations Common Object Model

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 521.1-R-3.  Mission Operations Common Object Model.
                          Red Book.  July 2012.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This Draft Recommended Standard defines the 
Mission Operations (MO) Common Object Model (COM) in conformance with 
the service framework specified in annex B of Mission Operations 
Services Concept (CCSDS 520.0-G-3).   The current issue incorporates 
changes introduced subsequently to the review of issue 2.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2012-10-1.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
