Dear Eduardo
 
- concerning the SC13 - SC14 agenda, I would have merged the items 8 and 9 into one item called " Discussion of SC-13 and SC-14 work items of mutual interest".
No need for me to keep one item on Navigation.
No need for me to suggest with our agenda that we should have Joint Work Items...
The objective of the meeting should be to verify that we have no overlap and not that we should work together on our overlaps.
 
- concerning the SC-13 agenda, may I suggest that you add a short debriefing of the SC13 - SC14 meeting, with the purpose to inform the delegates who couldn't attend on monday and to establish or confirm the plan of subsequent actions.
 
Please let me know if this may be accomodated.

As a result of our discussions in the telecon we had this morning, find attached 
the reviewed versions of the two SC13 related agendae, as attached, with the 
following MODIFICATIONS from their preceding versions:

1. 
In respect to the attached AGENDA for the Joint Subcommittees Meeting (ISO 
TC20/SC13 and ISO TC20/SC14), to be held in DIN, Berlin, 23 May 2001, (now) 
from 08:00 to 12:00:
 

*	1.1 

        After Nick Tongson's, SC14 related comment, a reduction of 10' duration 
        for Items 7 and 9 has been performed, in attention to Larry Schultz's (in 
        Cc.) expectation that the meeting could adjourn at 12:00 and not, at 
        12:20;
 

*	1.2 

        After Jean-Marc's observations related to the "Conjunction Assessment", 
        this topic was removed from previously cited in Item 8 of the Agenda, for 
        being considered as an exclusive CCSDS-SC13 initiative. Naturally, nothing 
        precludes that this tropic may be cited and commented when topic 8 is
        covered in the meeting.

In respect to the attached AGENDA for the 39th ISO TC20/SC13 Plenary Meeting, 
to be held in DIN, Berlin, 24 May 2011, (now) from 09:00 to 11h40:

        After Peter Allan's consideration by e-mail and the discussions held in the 
        telecon, the time stretch of the meeting on 24th May has been shifted
        from 14:00 to 16:40 (P.M.) to 09:00 to 11:40 (A.M.);
 

*	2.2

        Item 3 of the Agenda now displays the assigned N475 Ref. number.
 
 

*	2.3
