The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 415.1-R-1.  Data Transmission and PN Ranging for 2 GHz
                          CDMA Link via Data Relay Satellite.
                          Red Book.  December 2010.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard specifies a 
set of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) spread spectrum 
modulation schemes for CCSDS Users.  These schemes are intended to be 
used over space-to-space communications links by space missions.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2011-3-1.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
