The following draft CCSDS Recommended Practice has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 520.1-R-1.  Mission Operations Reference Model.
                          Red Book.  October 2009.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Practice defines a 
mission operations reference model, which provides a common basis for 
coordinating the development of CCSDS Recommended Standards for 
mission operations service specifications and serves as a reference 
to maintain the consistency of those Recommended Standards.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2009-12-11.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.

The review document, in Portable Document Format (PDF), and 
associated review materials are available for downloading at the

REMINDER:  Agency Heads of Delegation are to make their own 
arrangements for review participation by their Agency-sponsored Associates.
