      CCSDS 852.0-R-2.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                        Subnetwork Memory Access Service.  Red Book.
                        May 2009.

      CCSDS 853.0-R-2.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                        Subnetwork Synchronisation Service.  Red Book.
                        May 2009.

      CCSDS 854.0-R-2.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                        Subnetwork Device Discovery Service.  Red Book.
                        May 2009.

      CCSDS 855.0-R-2.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                        Subnetwork Test Service.  Red Book.
                        May 2009.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  Five draft Recommended Practices define the 
Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services (SOIS) Subnetwork 
Services.  The current issues reflect comments received from the 
initial review.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2009-7-15.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.

REMINDER:  Agency Heads of Delegation are to make their own 
arrangements for review participation by their Agency-sponsored Associates.
