[CMC Alert] Proposed Resolution from Noordwijk Meeting

Dear CMC Members,

The Secretariat believes consensus now exists among the Member 
Agencies represented at the November CMC meeting in Noordwijk 
concerning adoption of the proposed resolution presented at the 
meeting (attachment).  Therefore additional polling on the matter 
seems unnecessary, and, if there are no objections, the Secretariat 
will consider the resolution to be adopted.
