The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 702.1-R-3.  IP over CCSDS Space Links.
                        Red Book.  September 2008.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Practice specifies 
techniques for transferring IP datagrams via CCSDS Space Data Link 
Layer protocols.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2008-12-10.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.

The review document, in Portable Document Format (PDF), and 
associated review materials are available for downloading at the
