The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 133.1-P-1.1.  Encapsulation Service.
                          Pink Sheets.  March 2008.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The CCSDS Recommended Standard for 
Encapsulation Service specifies a communications service to be used 
by space missions to transfer protocol data units that are not 
directly transferred by the Space Data Link Protocols over a 
ground-to-space or space-to-space communications link.  The current 
draft update adds corrections and clarifications to the specification.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2008-12-31.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.

The review document, in Portable Document Format (PDF), and 
associated review materials are available for downloading at the

REMINDER:  Agency Heads of Delegation are to make their own 
arrangements for review participation by their Agency-sponsored Associates.
