[CMC Alert] RP A8-16 Announcement of Review Opportunity

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 910.11-R-3. Space Communication Cross Support--
                        Service Management--Service Specification.
                        Red Book.  September 2008.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard defines a set 
of Service Management services by which space link service providers 
and space missions exchange information needed to arrange spacecraft 
contact periods and establish the operating parameters of the space 
link services and SLE transfer services during those contact 
periods.  The current issue incorporates dispositions of review items 
resulting from review of issue 2.  Changes introduced since issue 2 
are summarized on the Document Control page.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2008-11-14.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.

The review document, in Portable Document Format (PDF), and
