[CMC E-Poll Alert] CMC POLL - CMC-A-0412-019 Revised Recommendation 2.5.6B into CCSDS 401.0-B

In response the CCSDS Management Council action item CMC-A-0412-0019, the CCSDS Secretariat is 

polling the CMC approve the insertion of revised recommendation 2.5.6B into CCSDS 401.0-B?  This recommendation is developed for conventional near-Earth and deep-space missions having moderate communications requirements.
