[CMC E-Poll Alert] OMG organisation fees for the Athens CCSDS meeting

Dear Colleagues,

This is just to inform you that the total cost covering the CCSDS venue by
the OMG organisation was ~ 28 K$ (~ 22 K€). I think it is a very competitive
price and that we got a very good service from OMG. The whole discussion with
OMG went very troubleless for me. In spite of a few meeting room booking
problems which were swiftly solved, I think the whole stay for CCSDS people
went quite well. I conclude that using OMG for this purpose was successful.

The matter of if we should continue this service and how it should be paid
(by the hosting Agency or as participation fees) remains open.
