                        Red Book.  November 2005.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Tracking Data Message (TDM) draft Recommended 
Standard specifies a standard message format for use in exchanging 
spacecraft tracking data between space Agencies.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2006-3-22.  More information is available at the Web site 
identified below.
