[CMC E-Poll Alert] Publications Manual Update

Dear CMC Members:

The current update to the CCSDS Publications Manual is attached.  Also 
attached is an overview document in which significant changes from the 1994 
issue are summarized.  The CMC is requested to review the changes detailed 
in the overview document in advance of a formal poll to approve the 
Publications Manual update.

The current Publications Manual draft has not yet undergone final edit, and 
additional minor editorial changes are expected to be made before the 
document is ready for release.  However, the current version contains all 
major updates that are being presented for approval.

An on-line poll requesting approval of a resolution to publish the updated 
Publications Manual will be announced in the near future.
