Dear Andy,

My assumption is that the agenda of the joint IOAG-CMC meeting should include items from each of the two regular agendas, plus specific items ; in this respect my suggestion for agenda items would be as follows:

1) Agenda items from IOAG typical agenda
- IOAG cross support mission model
- Agencies implementation plans for cross supports
- SFCG report
- IACG-WG4 report (TBC)

Note : IOAG should have their mission model updated prior to the meetings so that this may be used as an input for the joint meeting.

2) Agenda items from CMC typical agenda
- Review and discussion on the CCSDS Strategic Plan
- Review and discussion on the Operating Plan
- CESG report

3) Specific agenda items (some may be developped as sub-items of others)
- Summary status by CCSDS of recommendations either available or under preparation
- Clarification of areas of interest for IOAG in CCSDS activities
- Feedback on the liaison statements from IOAG : how were they taken into account by CESG ?
- Assessment on IOAG prioritary requirements as of today (rewording of previous liaison statements and indication of priorities)
- Clarifications on CMC expectations in their relationship with IOAG
- Improvement of Customer - Provider relationship : discussion
- IOAG advice to CMC on the needs for new CCSDS BOF's (TBC)
- IOAG advice to CMC on the needs for products discussed in the existing CCSDS BOF's
- IOAG contribution to technical discussions (limited to areas of no consensus within CCSDS and of consensus within CCSDS)

Note : it is required that some preparatory work is made within IOAG to address the above items and reach a consensus ; in particular, some work is to be made on the ideas the IOAG agencies may have on :
	* SLE transfer services : which ones are urgently needed ? Lessons learnt through
	  implementations ?
	* SLE management : what is expected in terms of services, formats
	  and transmission ? When ?
	* Exchanges of radio-metric & tracking data : formats or transmission processes ?
	* RF and Modulation standards : which ones and how many ? which selection criteria ?
	  Bandwidth Efficient Modulations ?
	* Coding : which ones and how many ? which selection criteria ?
	* IP and Security : need for additional recommendations ? Lessons learnt through
	  implementations ?

Do not hesitate to comment or to ask for any clarification you feel necessary

Best regards

Importance : Haute

Dear CMC members,

As you are all aware, this Fall CMC is a combined CMC and IOAG meeting. I am working on the agenda topics with IOAG leadership. I should have
their input shortly. Once I have it, I will combine it with the input I am
seeking from you, the CMC. This should produce a combined agenda that
hopefully covers the topics we all are interested in.
Please email me your topics of interest as soon as you can.

Andy Dowen
