INPE expresses, in principle, its agreement to CCSDS in view of the proposal
to form a new CCSDS liaison in relation to the "IPv6 Forum". however, it is
proposed that a statement may be presented to CMC, in time, before the
deadline of 05 September 2004, for clearly explaining the benefit that would
be expected from such a liaison and how it would actually be instrumented, by
CCSDS.
