Subject:	Announcement of Review Opportunity

The following draft CCSDS Recommendation has been placed on-line and is
available for Formal Agency Review:

		CCSDS 912.3-R-2.  Space Link Extension - Forward Space
Packet Service Specification.  Red Book

Document Description:  This Recommendation defines the Forward Space Packet
(FSP) service in conformance with the transfer services specified in Cross
Support Reference Model―Part 1: SLE Services. The FSP service is a Space
Link Extension (SLE) transfer service that enables a mission to send Space
Packets to a spacecraft in sequence-controlled or expedited mode.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinators is
2004-11-22.  More information is available at the Web site identified below.
