[CMC E-Poll Alert] CCSDS MC Resolutions

Dear CMC Members,

The CCSDS Secretariat is initiating the CMC on-line polling system.  This
system will provide the CMC with the capability to view and vote on proposed
resolutions via a web interface.  Access to the polling system will be
controlled by Docushare so you will need to use your Docushare User ID and
password.

If you need a reminder for your password and User ID, or if you need more
information about the CMC on-line polling system, please contact me
(dissinger@gst.com).

For some Agencies, the Principal Delegate as well as other delegation
members have been added to the access list.  It is assumed members of an
Agency's delegation other than the Principal Delegate can submit proxy
votes; in the absence of a vote by the Principal Delegate, a delegation
member's vote will be considered to be representative of the respective
Agency's position.


Access the CMC poll area as follows:

1. Go to the following url and log in to your Docushare account:

   http://www.ccsds.org/docu/dscgi/ds.py/View/BulletinBoard-25

2. Once you are logged-in, click ENTER to Access CMC Poll Area

3. You will then see a list of resolutions.

4. Click on "Vote"  (or the resolution text) for each resolution

5. Select the following:
     Agree
     Disagree
     (a text field is provided for your conditions or comments)

5. Click “vote” to record your choice.

This poll closes on 28 November 2003. A representative from each Member
Agency must vote on each resolution.
