[CMC] DTN Prototype testing for BP

Mike-san and CMC Colleagues,

Concerning the request for JAXA participation in the interoperability 
testing of the Bundle Protocol, which was raised at the last CMC meeting,

JAXA is pleased to inform you that JAXA secured resource allocation for 
this Prototype testing, and thus is willing to initiate any preparations 
for the testing.

I understand that our DTN member has already contacted the Chair of 
SIS-DTN WG on this subject.
