[CMC] Strategic Roadmap Presentation

Dear all,

Following up on the question of Jean-Marc about the whereabouts of the CCSDS
Strategic Roadmap presentation, I can confirm that it is the in the CCSDS
portal, in the CMC folder for the 2013 fall meeting. However I was not able
to download it so just in case I am attaching it here for your convenience.

As discussed, I will update it and distribute it to you, following the
updates of the Strategic Plan document that will be distributed by Nestor.

We should discuss at the next meeting whether it has the right content and
format for an strategic roadmap, and whether  it is useful and should be
maintained and by whom.

One aspect not covered yet is the interrelationship between the stds within
one area and across areas. there is an action in the CSEG to look into it,
but it is not straight forward to identify the links and to be able to
represent them in a meaningful way. We discussed a couple of options in
Montreal but we need to have a deeper reflection about it.
