The Secretariat is requested to investigate the addition of a field in the new project form that asks whether there is any similar work or overlap being done in any other CCSDS WG and if they have communicated with groups that have potential overlap group (if any). Also look into a related new flag on the CWE to request whether any known overlap may occur when a new CWE project is modified or created.
