[CMC] RE: CMC Mid-Term Telecon

CMC colleagues:  We have 9 responses and all are clear only on Friday Sept 6.  So we will plan on that date for our CMC mid-term telecon.  Calendar item and draft agenda to be forthcoming shortly.

Dear CMC colleagues:  So far, we have only 5 responses on the Doodle Poll for the CMC mid-term telecon.  The indication is that the only date that is "all green" is Friday Sept 6.

If you haven't already done so, please enter your conflicts/preferences on the Doodle poll.  If we don't see any problems in the next few days, we will go ahead and set the schedule for Friday Sept 6 at the usual time (1200 UTC).
