[CMC] CWE Project resource Status - with word attachment

Bonjour Nestor,
following the discussion yesterday and before the action is formulated to comment on the Project Ressources (CESG report page 115) and to indicate options to participate, I have the following feedback from CNES:
- all items already mentioning CNES are confirmed ;
- CNES may offer Book Editor for XML schema -DEDSL ; CNES could also consider providing one prototype while we believe there should be an exemption for prototyping on this standard that could be seen as an evolution of the existing XML Datagram - DEDSL. This should be further discussed in the Area and CESG.
- Out of your list but for when the question will come to your attention, CNES could also provide the Book Editor for the maintenance of the Attitude Data Message in the NAV WG. Here again, the need for prototyping will depend on the amount of changes from previous version.
