[CMC] REMINDER: CMC actions for all agencies, for Berlin

Dear CMC members:  There are two critical items (minimum) expected from each agency to help us prepare for the Berlin CMC meeting:

(1)    Review comments of the draft CCSDS Procedures Document (DUE MONDAY MAY 9)

(2)    Agency report for your agency  (DUE AT MEETING but preferred to be uploaded in advance)

To help you with those items, here are two pointers:


(1)    The CCSDS Procedures document is in the CMC CWE in the very top level documents folder, named A02x1y2b_Organization_and_Processes_(draft).  It is in both DOC and PDF format.  The Editor encourages the usage of the RID form, which is in the same folder

(2)    The Agency report outline (attached) was proposed by Jean-Marc Soula in the Spring 2010 meeting, and most agencies began using it for their reports in the Fall 2010 meeting.  However, the Secretariat did not supply a template to help the CMC delegates with their task.  Attached is an Agency report template.  Usage of this template is optional, and of course you can use the template and apply the design theme that your agency uses (agency logos, etc.).  Or you can simply build your presentation from scratch, using the Outline provided by JMS as guidance.

I will attach two versions of the template, one with a very simple design, and one using a Microsoft Office design slightly modified to add CCSDS.  Both have the outline built in to the presentation using the agreed-to topics for the "standard" agency report.

I want to emphasize that the purpose of this "standard outline" was to help focus the most common and useful topics.  If your agency has an important message for CCSDS that does not fit in this outline, then of course we want you to present in whatever form makes the most sense for your topics.
