[CMC] DRAFT minutes from CMC telecon on Patent Policy and COI

Dear Mike and colleagues,

The minutes reflect well the discussion; I have made some editorial changes
to better reflect ESA's position (also with respect to the written input sent
before the Videoconf). I am attaching the marked-up version.

CMC members:  Nick has competed the draft minutes of our telecon from last
Thursday when we discussed Patent Policy and COI issues.  The notes are
attached.  If you have any proposed revisions or comments, please send them
to Nick or to the CMC list (your choice, depending on the comment), and we
will make any needed updates.  Later, we will issue a CMC poll to approve the
minutes.

I’m starting to work my action items, as recorded in these draft minutes, so
you will see some other communications from me shortly.
