Mike,

I see that the various agendas for Berlin mean that CMC/SC13 members need to be there early on Monday for the joint SC13/14 meeting, but then do not have another meeting until Tuesday afternoon (the SC13 meeting).

This is not very efficient use of the time of people in that position. Is it possible to move the joint SC13/14 meeting to be slightly later? Even the afternoon of the Monday would be a big improvement.

Of course I appreciate that this may not be possible due to clashes with other things, but I at least wanted to ask.

CMC members:  Attached are two (short) presentations for the Telecon tomorrow, April 6.   I will be displaying it on WebEx, but I am sending it in advance in case some attendees have trouble logging onto WebEx.

Also, if you are not going to attend, it is important for you to look at the Meeting Planning presentation.  Last December we discussed (by email) a rotation of agencies hosting meetings (both large Plenary Tech WG meetings and small CMC meetings).  This presentation expands that sequence so that you can see exactly which years your agency will host a meeting.

If you cannot attend the telecon tomorrow, it would be nice to get some feedback from you to indicate that you support the proposed plan, and your agency can host the meetings that are indicated there.  Look at chart 3 of the Meeting Planning presentation.

Nick:  Please post these presentations on the CMC CWE.
