Dear CMC colleagues:  I thought that I had previously gotten these minutes
out to you, but I was mistaken.  Sorry for the delay.

These are the minutes of our second telecon on Patent Policy which was held
on March 7.   For the next week, we will take redlines and comments from you
on this, and then we will put the resulting improved draft minutes on a CMC
poll for your approval.
