[CMC] CMC Mid-term telecon announcement - 16 September 2010

JAXA is planning to attend this CMC mid-term telecon at this time.
Since this meeting date is very close to the launch date of the Quasi-Zenith 
Satellite, "Michibiki", there is a posibility that we cannot attend this 
meeting.
