[CMC] Logistics information for our CESG / CMC meetings during week 2nd Nov - 5th Nov

Dear all,

Please find below some logistics information for the meetings next week.

CMC members arriving at ESTEC for the first time will have to register at 
the ESTEC entrance. You should then go to the ESTEC main building's 
reception desk and ask for the ESTEC Conference Bureau (which is located 
just behind the main desk). You will get there the CCSDS registration 
badge. In case you arrive at lunch time and ESA staff is not in the 
Bureau, you can exchange the badges during the afternoon.

The meeting rooms are as follows: 

CESG Meeting                    2nd - 3rd Nov 2009      Room Ba024
CESG / CMC meeting              4th Nov                 Room Ba024
CMC Meeting                     5th Nov                 Room Ba024

ISO/TC 20/SC13 meeting  3rd Nov pm              Room Af205

The Social Events are as follows:

3rd Nov 18:00 hrs               Welcome Drink and finger food at ESTEC 
canteen
4th Nov 12:15 hrs               Aperitiv and lunch in ESA/ESTEC lunch 
corner 


As I can not participate in the meetings due to private reasons, Mario 
Merri will represent ESA at the CMC meeting. Roger Thompson (MOIMS DAD) 
will represent MOIMS at the CESG and CESG / CMC meeting.
