Erin,
For your info. ESTEC is a secured site with a strict security control at the
entrance. Anyone who has not registered has no chance to access. In addition,
during the technical week, and especially on Monday, I expect a long waiting
line at the Security control. So, better warn people not to show-up at the
last minute.
I don't expect such problems during the management week except that there
with be a workshop on Tuesday 3rd Nov, so there may be a long line in the
morning on that day.

Note: you only need to register at the Security gate on the first day of your
stay. The badge you get is valid for your whole stay.
