Results of CMC poll beginning 13 January 2009 and ending 27 January 2009:

                 ADOPT:  7 (77.78%) (ASI, BNSC, CNES, CSA, ESA, JAXA, NASA)
   ADOPT PROVISIONALLY:  2 (22.22%) (CNSA, INPE)
                REJECT:  0 (0%)
  REJECT WITH COMMENTS:  0 (0%)

      ASI:  The content of the "Question" should be updated in the
last sentence, since it refers to the membership of Chinese Academy
of Sciences.
Irt would be appropriate to recieve a profilel of GISTDA, in order to
be informed about their field of activities and interest in CCSDS participation
      CNSA:  Update the sentence:AUTHORIZES the membership of the
Chinese Academy of Sciences as a CCSDS Observer Agency.
      INPE:  Vote is an ADOPT. Please, correct to the approppriate
name in place of Chinese Academy of Sciences, in the above statement,
under the item "Question".

(TUBITAK) Space Technologies Research Institute (UZAY) as a CCSDS
Observer Agency

                 ADOPT:  9 (100%) (ASI, BNSC, CNES, CNSA, CSA, ESA,
INPE, JAXA, NASA)
   ADOPT PROVISIONALLY:  0 (0%)
                REJECT:  0 (0%)
  REJECT WITH COMMENTS:  0 (0%)

      ASI:  It would be appropriate to receive a profile of TUBITAK
UZAY institute in order to be informed of their field of activities
and interest in the participation to the CCSDS.
      CNES:  Agree with ASI that it would be appropriate to receive a
profile of TUBITAK UZAY institute in order to be informed of their
field of activities and interest in the participation to the CCSDS.
