[CMC] CNSA invitation to join CCSDS

Dear CMC members:  On Nov 21 we completed a CMC poll to send an
invitation letter to the CNSA to join the CCSDS as a full Member.  All
10 current CCSDS Member agencies voted unanimously to  "adopt" and send
CNSA the invitiation.   

 

We have just received word that CNSA will be bringing a letter of
acceptance to that the invitation to  the CMC meeting in Tsukuba.
Unless I hear opposing opinions from CMC members, we will not require
another CMC poll.  We will simply thank CNSA for accepting the
invitation, congratulate them for becoming the 11th member agency of
CCSDS, and will instruct the Secretariat to document this action in the
minutes. If anyone believes another CMC poll is needed, now is the time
to address it.
