[CMC] OMG proposal for Space Info Day

This is for info only, for the CMC.  The OMG proposes a 1-day or 2-day
(TBD) Space Information Day in March 2008 in Washington DC.  This is
during their technical meeting in that same timeframe.  They propose
that it be jointly hosted by CCSDS and OMG.  So CCSDS would be expected
to provide some presenters and such.   

 

If any members have recommendations, concerns or volunteers for this
event, let the Secretariat know and we will factor that into the
discussions with the OMG.  If there is not enough material to warrant
the event, we will withdraw.   

 

This is the week of March 10th (maybe 12th and/or 13th?).  Also note
that  GSAW is the following week, and SpaceOps is 12-16 May 2008.  And
of course, the Spring 2008 meeting is in Colorado Springs, 4/22 to
5/1/2008.
