[CMC] Draft Minutes of 26-28 June CMC Meeting

I suggest that in the minutes, it should be recorded in section XI who
attended the meeting with the OMG management as only a few people were
at that sub-session.
 
I was not able to open document A08. I got "document broken".

CMC Members,

The draft minutes and attachments from the CMC meeting in Brussels,
Belgium on 25-27 June have been posted. Upon your review you will find a
number of proposed resolutions and action items that came out of the
meetings. As we did not have quorum of CMC members present at the
meeting we would like to propose the following approach to ratifying the
resolutions. 

It is requested that all CMC members review the minutes, attachments,
and draft resolutions within the week (by 20 July). If there are any
questions, comments, or corrections on any of the items discussed,
please share them with the CMC mailing list. The CMC members that were
at the meeting will attempt to clarify any issues or concerns via email
discussion. At the end of next week the secretariat staff will make any
changes to the resolutions deemed necessary by the CMC and will release
a poll to approve the resolutions as the consensus of the entire CMC.
