[CMC] 19 September deadline for Moscow presentation materials

Dear CMC Members:

Please note that the deadline for submitting all written materials for 
discussion in Moscow is one week away - Tuesday, 19 September. THIS IS AN 
IMPORTANT DATE AS ALL MATERIALS NEED TO BE TRANSLATED INTO RUSSIAN.

Please send the following written materials (Word, Powerpoint or PDF) to 
Neil Dissinger <neild at aiaa.org> no later than Tuesday, 19 September:

1. Your Agency responses to past Action Items.

2. Your individual Agency Reports

3. Your Liaison Reports

4. Your response to Items of New Business

     - Your nominations for  AD and WG chairs

     - Your Agency position re: CCSDS Work Approval and Management
       (see closed poll CMC-P-2006-07-002)

     - Your Agency position CCSDS Workflow Procedure (resolution and 
polling process)
       (see closed poll CMC-P-2006-07-001)

     - Your Agency position re: Agency Review Process Improvements

5. Your Agency proposal for long-term scheduling and hosting of CCSDS meetings

6. Any items that you wish to discuss with FSA Technical Staff

7. Your written report(s) to the ISO TC20 SC13 meeting

Neil will then upload these materials to a special area of the website, 
where FSA personnel are waiting to receive them in order to get them 
translated for use during the meeting.
