[CMC] Postponement of CCSDS Management Council

Dear CMC Members:

The CMC meeting in Moscow, originally scheduled for 27-29 June, has been
postponed for three months. 

The proposed new dates are: 26 - 27 - 28 September, 2006

NASA sincerely apologizes to all of you for requesting this delay. We
discovered at a late stage that because of intensive US diplomatic
presence in Moscow surrounding the US Secretary of State's visit for the
G8 Foreign Ministers meetings in late June, it is almost certain that
the US State Department will not grant NASA personnel permission to
travel to Moscow at that time.

We are especially grateful to Mr. Georgy Tkachenko, Secretary of the
Russian delegation from the Federal Space Agency, for so graciously
agreeing to this postponement and for having to bear the extreme
inconvenience of re-arranging meeting facilities and hosting
arrangements.

The Secretariat will work with Mr. Tkachenko to define the procedures
for requesting updated Letters Of Invitation.
